Camping and Canoeing...Summer Fun! (Happy Father's Day!)

Just enjoying some summer sunshine and Arkansas waterways! Hope everyone had a Happy Father's Day!

Peabody Ducks

For as long as the Peabody Hotel in Little Rock has been around (maybe 8 years or so; it used to be called the 'Excelsior' hotel), I have been meaning to go by and take pictures of the ducks. I found out that the ducks enjoy riding the hotel elevator where they often look out upon the crowd gathering below and they also march to the Big Band music of John Philip Sousa.

Well, I finally got my chance to do this a couple of weeks ago. We were hosting a national conference for my work and it was being held at the Peabody. So, I took my chance. Enjoy!
